职位描述
工作职责
l 负责所有商业区域的视觉陈列，通过不同的商场媒介及陈列技巧实现令人兴奋的产品展示方案；
l 确保商业区域被维护得“每日如新”，达到宜家的展示标准；
l 确保正确使用商业灯光；
l 在其所负责的区域，保持视觉形象、功能性及商业性等诸多方面的高水准；
l 用最有效的和商业化的方式来规划商场的布局
l 为顾客创造能够轻松、自主购物的条件和环境
任职要求
知识
l 视觉陈列或色彩、风格、灯光、商场沟通、产品展示、商业活动、家居装饰等方面的知识；
l 关于顾客购买行为方面的知识
技能
l 熟练使用Auto CAD；
l 动手能力强，同时能够展示其独到的美学眼光；
l 良好的沟通，演示及指导技巧
l 善于独立思考和寻找解决方案
动力
l 认同宜家企业文化；
l 对于人们的居家生活以及家居装饰充满热情；
