工作描述：

1、执行公司各项规章制度和工作程序，保质、保量、按时完成工作任务。

2、对快餐公司提供员工餐的卫生、质量进行审核把关并做好费用结算。

3、负责花卉租赁、保洁业务、饮用净水的监督和管理工作。

4、负责办理公司水电、煤气、房租、物业、运输等费用的核报结算工作。

5、负责公司钥匙、IC卡、更衣箱、资料室书籍的保管工作。

6、负责各部门所用行政业务单据的设计和领用工作及名片、宣传册、产品资料等印刷品的印刷订制工作。

7、负责文件、资料、记录的收发、上报、保管与定期归档工作。

8、负责起草、打印各类文件、表单等文书处理与文件编号、发放工作。

9、负责公司行政档案建立及保持完整性。

10、负责公司车辆、酒店、车票、机票的预订工作。

11、负责好会务安排工作以及参展前的准备工作。
12、负责公司信息橱窗的资料收集整理、发布策划、布置以及更新工作。
13、负责公司证照的年检、保管合同协议的续签工作。
14、负责公司办公设施设备的建帐建卡、定期盘点、报修报损登记及处理业务。
15、负责总经理等重要客人的茶水接待工作。
16、协助部门经理做好公司企业文件建设工作和部门其它活动的开展落实工作。
17、完成上级交办的其它工作任务。

1、学历/专业：大专及以上学历。

2、工作经验：二年工作经验、一年行政工作经验，熟悉行政业务流程。

4、语言能力/计算机水平：具备一定的公文写作能力，有较好的沟通协调能力。熟练掌握常用办公软件，有文档管理经验。

5、其它要求：较强的学习能力和责任心，能自我激励，具备较强的独立处理事务的能力。
