PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Daily treasure booking in ERP and petty cash management
2.Maintain and follow routine payments, down payment and foreign currency payment
3.Audit reimbursement based on company rule
4.Manage business credit card
5.Update related company certificates on time
6.Input non-production invoices in ERP
7.Capex management, including physical count and FA account reconciliation
8.Bank account reconciliation
9.Cash flow forecast and fund investment
10.Issue bank guaranty and bank note
11.Any other tasks assigned by finance department, such as certification annual check, capital injection etc.


REQUIREMENTS

1.Minimum 2 year treasure/ cashier working experience in manufacturing business
2.College degree with accounting or finance related major;
3.Excellent computer skills MS Office : Excel/Word/Power point and ERP
4.Good English skills
5.Good Team working ability and communication skill
