Job Description,
1. Follow-up on critical and urgent projects and ensure good quality and on-time delivery.
2. Project management in the entire life cycle.
3. Provide technical support to customers and suppliers.
4. Hire and train up highly professional engineers and engineer managers.
5. Perform Design for Manufacturability Analysis (DFM) for critical Projects.
Job Requirement,
1. Wireless network sensor or Inertial Measurement unit expert background required.
2. 8 + years experience as a Product Engineer within the RF or Inertial product is required
3. 3+ years experience in a Manager position is required
4. Experience in PCB assembly involving testing and or failure analysis is desired.
5. Excellent English oral and written communication skills required.
6. Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
7. Must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions and be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
8. Skills: DFM, DOE, FMEA, SPC, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, TS16949.
9. Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is preferred, not required.
