职位描述
a. 负责目标市场的开发、客户维护和销售管理等工作；
b. 负责公司产品宣传、推广和销售，完成销售的任务指标；
c. 分析客户类型，挖掘客户需求，建立客户档案；
d. 制定自己的销售计划并按计划拜访客户和开发新客户；
e. 协助制定市场营销方案，提供合理化意见及建议。
f. 为客户提供专业咨询服务；
g. 与客户保持良好的沟通和联络，并进行客户满意度调查。

职位要求
本岗位招聘无锡本地人士，能使用无锡当地语言作为工作语言。

a. 喜欢销售工作，能够承受压力；
b. 具备良好的沟通能力，语言表达能力强，思维敏捷，具有较强的社交能力；
c. 良好的谈判及分析能力；
d. 责任心强，具有良好的团队合作精神和团队管理能力；
e. 对营销各关键环节的理解力、判断力和执行能力；
f. 应届毕业生勿投，本岗位仅招聘有销售经验专业人士。

薪酬福利
a. 销售代表实行底薪3000+销售提成；
