The goal of the position is to support plan and implementation for our plant administration and facility maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:岗位职责：
1. Responsible for the whole facility and building repairing, maintenance and management to assure the production and daily life proper running.
主持厂区日常维修、维护、管理工作，确保生产及日常生活正常运行。

2. Familiar with the system theory and piping layout of the whole factory public device
熟悉厂区相关公共设施的系统原理、管路走向。

3. Coordinating with different dept and solving the problem in time to assure the proper production and daily-life related problem.
协调各部门关系，及时解决影响正常生产及正常生活的问题，尽可能满足各方要求。

4. Do the maintenance of the public equipment, also do the preventive plan for them. Solving the problem in time when discover something during the maintenance.
落实公用设施的维保，尽可能做到防患于未燃，及时解决维保中发现的问题。

5. Ability to establish the documents and procedures to support Facility activities running, eg. SOP, spare part management, patrol system with check list, etc.
有能力起草用于厂务运行的文件及流程，比如，SOP，备件管理，巡检系统等

6. For the daily maintenance for the whole factory, shall obey three principals: on-time, practicability and economy.
厂区日常维修、维护工作要做到及时性、实用性、经济性。

7. Finish other tasks assigned by the superior
负责完成上级领导交办的其他各项任务

8. Arranges and/or delivers proper training or coaching for subordinates to ensure they have the necessary knowledge, skills and ability to do their jobs.
为下属安排适当的培训并/或对其进行培训指导，以确保下属具备完成工作所需的知识、技能和能力。

9.Defines and/or explains clear work procedure and instructions for subordinates and also supervises subordinates closely to ensure their strict following.
明确工作流程且清楚地向下属解释,并关注其行为以确保严格遵守流程。

10.Sets and explains clear competency and performance standards to subordinates and evaluates subordinates based on actual performance and also provides constructive feedback and record when necessary (e.g. when certain task is rated as Improvement needed or Unsatisfactory.)
设立并向下属解释胜任力及绩效标准，根据实际的工作表现对其绩效进行评价，必要时应提供建设性的反馈建议并做记录。（如当某项任务被评定为“需要改进”或“不满意”时。）

11.Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.
理解并严格遵守公司的规章、制度、政策、说明、流程，以确保行为表现符合公司的期望并能达到工作绩效的要求以避免产生不必要的冲突。

12.Have awareness of local relevant quality system
具有当地质量管理体系意识。

Job Requirements: 任职需求：

1. College degree or above, construction engineering or MEP major
建筑工程类或机电安装相关专业大专及以上学历；

2. 10+ years working experience， 8+ years for Facility Management and at least 2 years to be Supervisor position with people management responsibility, heavy machining making company background is preferred
10年以上工作经验，8年以上厂务设施经验同时至少2年以上主管经验（需带队伍），大型机械制造型企业背景为佳；

3. Familiar with fitment and all kinds of tools, such as piping, etc.
熟悉装修、管线等各类工具常识；

4. Good computer skill, familiar with AUTOCAD and the other related software
良好的电脑操作能力，熟悉AUTOCAD等基本的应用软件；

5. Basic oral English and reading/writing skill
基本英语口语及读写能力；

6. Good communication skill, coordinator skill and management skill
良好的沟通、协调、管理能力；

7. Familiar with the requirement of ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007
熟悉ISO14001:2004&OHSAS18001:2007体系要求。
