Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital platform develop and management (private domain traffic flow management)

ü Maintain wechat / Small routine / customer tag etc.

ü Creatively design communication content and program to maintain audience interesting and purchasing

ü Learn new digital trend and skill for brand awareness building

ü Organize or coordinate online selling (life stream)

ü

2. Sales data analysis for promotion proposal and business reporting

ü Regularly track sales data by product type, by sales region, by promotion project, by customer group etc.

ü Do data analysis to find some logic and propose for decision of sales and marketing

ü Price analysis based on marketing information and competitor marketing program.

ü Take leader for monthly promotion design and implement

ü

3. POSM design Marketing activities/events management

ü Creative ideal to design POSM (poster/leaflets/ video etc.)

ü Design and propose marketing activities/events with related agency

ü Coordinate internal or external resource to implement for good result and well budget control

ü Evaluate and summary improvement for executed event

4. Distributor network management

ü Design distributor channel development plan

ü Analysis channel performance based on design regular and find success or loser background logic

Qualification:

1. Creative sprits, learning for new material and integrate resource ability

2. Bachelor degree or above, at least 5 years working experience, Sales experience preferred;

3. Outstanding computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc), especially data analysis in Excel and PPT

4. Excellent communication and coordination skills

5. Team spirit, service oriented

6. With good business sense, has rich knowledge of sales and marketing management

7. Excellent Chinese & English in written and spoken
