职位描述
工作地点:无锡
岗位职责：
1、 对产品质量状况进行分析，并编制《质量分析报告》；
2、 组织相关岗位对本月的控制重点项进行原因分析，制定计划，全过程参与改进并验证、限期改进；
3、 组织召开“质量分析会”、“质量专题研讨会”、“QC专题会”等质量相关会议；
4、 组织、参加相关评审，组织并对评审问题采取纠正措施；
5、 负责各阶段PQCP质量问题的审核、责任部门任务分配并组织相关人员对问题纠正措施进行验证；
6、 完成上级领导布置的其他临时任务。
任职资格：
1、 本科或以上学历，汽车、机械方面的相关专业；
2、 本科3年以上汽车制造及相关工作经验，有质量管理经验；
3、 熟练使CAD、CATIA等相关软件；
4、 一定的业务管理能力；
5、 良好的沟通、协调和人际关系处理、问题解决能力；
6、 较好的分析和书面表达能力；
7、 能熟练运用质量统计工具。
