Job Description:

-. Improve the In-process quality control process. Handle internal quality issue from assembly line, and work closely with involved people to solve the issues .

-.Use Quality tools to make quality improvement throughout monthly quality database and critical issues connected with IQC process.

-.Transfer quality issues connected with supplier to SQE regularly, and issue NCR (corrective action request) to SQE, and archive the completed NCR that confirmed by SQE, and follow up the issues until closed.

-.Be resonsible for quality document setting up, including complex inspection equipment operation instruction, quality standard.

-.Regular training program is conducted to help inspector improve their own inspection skills and strength inspection process focus on the issues connected in conjunction with inspectors.

Qualification:

-.Junior Colleage above,major in Mechanical related.

-.Over 3years of mechanical processing and manufacturing related experience.

-.Knowledge of manufacturing processes: Machining, Welding, Assembly.

-.Related QC on machining experience, Those who are familiar with hydraulic products or DC machine is preferred.

-. Familiar with quality tools like quality 7 tools ,8D,FMEA and Control Plan.

-. Familiar with Quality management system and quality assurance Process.

-. Strong ability to analyze and solve problems, and execute and deliver results.

-. Be able to write in English.
