Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree in electric technical Degree, or equivalent experience: with emphasis on PLC program and touch screen programing and servo control and VFD control unit.

2.Skill in Siemens S7 series PLC machine maintenance. Profi-bus control etc.

3.Able to read and speak English (conversation level)

4.Knowledge of electro-mechanical control systems.

5.Knowledge of hydraulic; pneumatic systems.
6.Have the mechanical manufacturing background will be preferred.

7.Minimum 5 years in electrical system maintenance in foreign company
Responsibility:
1. Ensure the maintenance team is meeting all Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH) requirements and objectives. Maintain proper housekeeping in all maintenance work and storage area.

2. Plan and implement routine maintenance for production and other facility equipment

3. Responsible for Install; trial run new equipment;

4. Troubleshoot and investigates electric failures. Standby for Machine breakdown after office hours. Ensure all equipment running smoothly meet production requirement.

5. Continuously improve equipment reliability, take preventive action to maintain equipment in good condition

6. Actively recommend on energy saving, manage maintenance cost

7. Communicate with external contractors for equipment maintenance and order spare parts; Supervise activities of contractors to ensure to the tasks are performed to requirement and safe work procedures are followed.

8. Coach and manage a team of mechanical technicians. And Support maintenance supervisor to make TPM maintenance plan, and implement TPM project
9. Spare parts inventory update and management.
