Job Description:

• Closely monitor plant call off and manage supplier's shortage list/production plan /shipment plan, to avoid any delay and improve supplier service level.
• FCST analysis, to identify possible material, capacity issues, phase in and phase out issue, and address to supplier.
• Coordinate with IDD team for ECR /TCR, manage supplier to introduce new one quickly under cost saving
• Regular review SOP with 4PL and plants to avoid any trouble in POL and C/C in POD , and communicate to suppliers to ensure their understanding and well operation.
• Follow up each shipment, work with 4PL and HQ to find solution if any delay or trouble and improve T/T KPI.
• Make LCL consolidation with the purpose of cost saving.
• Make the tender for air shipment with good service and price , to meet plant ETA request, well understand the reason for each air shipment and subtly distinguish the responsibility.
• Collect the package information for each production of each supplier for logistics working
• Monitor and manage supplier to update supplier portal for each shipment.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade, or logistics.
• At least 3 years' experience in international company with logistics, planning or CS background
• Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
• Strong in problem solving , detail-orientated, proactive working attitude
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good at MS office and computer skill
• The electric company experience is prefer
