Job description:

1. Build an efficient quality control team for plant II.
2. Responsible for incoming inspection.
3. Responsible for in-process quality control.
4. Responsible for 100% outgoing inspection.
5. Responsible for internal Process & Product audits to guarantee the quality of outgoing products in accordance with the applicable master specification and quality plans.
6. Responsible for calibration management.


Competence and qualification:

1. 5 years relevant working experience, including 2 years managerial roles and experience in all aspects of quality control in manufacturing enterprises.
2. Good command of English both oral and writing, as well as computer skills.
3. University degree in Mechanical engineering or related area.
4. Ambitious person with strong personnel drive and leadership.
5. Strong communicator to motivate and promote excellence in manufacturing through the whole organization.
