职位描述
1.In charge of designing of new tools
负责新模具设计；
2.Choose external toolmakers and be in charge of them
选择并管理外部的模具供应商；
3.Transfer and implement new tooling technology from BWF Germany to BWF China.
将德国总部的新模具技术技术运用到公司；
4.Examine and trial running of new tools
新模具试模；
5.Control the production process of the new tool and ensure tool quality and project schedule
跟进新模具生产使用情况，确保质量稳定，完成生产任务；
6.Ensure and maintain efficient project communication with project management department, tooling manufacturer and production department
与项目设计部门（PD）、模具供应商、生产部门就模具要求、使用情况保持有效沟通；
7.Investigate the market about new technologies and improvements regarding tooling manufacturing
研究模具市场最新技术及改进的方面；
8.Other tasks arranged by TD
总经理安排的其他工作。
任职要求
1.Bachelor graduate or above
本科或以上
2.At least 5 years working experience
Experience in plastic industry is an advantage
至少5年工作经验，塑料行业经验者优先
3.Good command of both spoken and written English
英语口语、书写流利
4.Be good at usual softwares, such as Auto CAD and Office
熟练操作Auto CAD及Office软件
