Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales data analysis for promotion proposal

Regularly track sales data by product type, by sales region, by promotion project

Do data analysis for decision of sales and marketing

2. Marketing activities application following up

Communicate with sales to follow up and track marketing applications such as sign boards

Track and control marketing expenses within budget, meanwhile fulfill sales target

3. Documentation and Translation

Marketing documents filling and distribution

Prepare regular marketing reports

Support in retail marketing brochures

Provide translation or interpretation when needed

4. Meetings and events

Organize regular meetings, take meeting minutes and follow up actions

Support in big retail events

5. Admin support

Manage marketing gifts and promotion items

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above, about 2 years working experience, marketing preferred

2. Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc), especially data analysis in Excel and PPT

3. Detailed oriented, careful, with high sense of responsibility

4. Excellent communication and coordination skills

5. Team spirit, service oriented

6. With good business sense, has basic knowledge of sales and marketing management

7. Excellent Chinese & English in written and spoken
