Key Responsibilities

1.     Annual marketing events roll-out 

-       Responsible for implementing approved annual marketing events

-       Prepare and submit individual event budget

-       Organize and implement marketing events including trade shows, distributor conferences and technical seminars, etc.

-       Prepare, design and advertise for the promotion events

2.     Tasks assign by line manager

 

Requirement & Qualification

  

1.     Working Experience: More than 4 years related working experience in marketing or sales positions in related industry

  

2.     Education Background: Bachelor degree or above, majored in Marketing, communication.

  

3.     Competency & Certification:

  

-    Understanding of marketing development and sales strategy

  

-    Understanding of lubricant market and product in China is a plus

  

-    Experienced in events organize and implement.

  

-    Basic understanding of social medias’ operation

  

-    Strong organizational and management skills and think strategically

  

-    Excellent skills in communication and cooperation

  

-    Excellent project management skills

  

-    Strong capabilities of analyzing problems and solving problems

  

-    Growth mindset, strong learning capabilities, be able to embrace changes

  

-    Rigorous and meticulous, responsible working attitude

  

-    Experienced working in a multi-cultural environment

  

4.     Language and computer: Fluent in English (oral & written), Good command in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)

  

5.     Others: Willingness to travel frequently
