Responsibilities:

- manage our website content
- manage our back-end (Magento) and Drupal online store
- manage our social media including (news letters, Facebook, twitter, press releases, blogger)
- manage our online advertising efforts including creation of GIF ads.
- manage our online stores (Facebook, Amazon, our own websites, eBay, Chinese online stores)
- analyze data using google analytics and measure effectiveness of ads and creating ads that show best ROI (Return on Investment)
- create conversion paths and measure conversion rates to successful purchase of the products.
- some knowledge of HTML, PHP, Magento is a plus
- knowledge of spoken and written English is required
- strategic planning of online campaigns and promotions
- work on online system integration of multiple platforms inventory-Accouting-point of sale
- set-up live chat and online support actors-multiple languages using google translate.
- multiple language support of our website using google translate integration
- reports of online sales cross product ranges referenced with online promotions and advertisements
- might have to manage larger web updates efforts from an outsourcing company if some of the jobs require more programming efforts.
