What you will do

• Participate in annual marketing planning process by collecting regional business input on marketing focus areas

• Agree and execute end-use and product marketing campaigns, activities and budgets with Marketing Managers and regional marketing team

• Monitor and report the results on set KPIs for marketing activities

• Follow-up and report on regional business marketing budget spend

• Plan and produce regional end-use related marketing collateral in line with UPMR brand guidelines (e.g. samples, mock-ups, brochures, presentations, training materials etc.)

• Ensure and maintain the relevancy and currentness of existing marketing collateral

• Create and manage end-use related content for both internal and external marketing channels (Showpad, website, MyRaflatac, SoMe, Intra, Mastermind, SalesForce etc)

• Contribute to go -to-market plans

• Coordinate product launch process priorities and actions with regional internal stakeholders

• Responsible for end-use specific expos

• Provide end-use sales support as needed

• Create and maintain texts in technical information sheets

• Other duties as requested by the superior

Who you are

• You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing.

• You have an understanding of producing and executing business-driven marketing plans.

• You are proficient with the use of marketing tools and creating content ready for use by sales and business development.

• You have strong networking, team working and relationship building capabilities.

• You are good at communicating and presenting.

• You are a strong team player and your working style is agile, result-driven and demonstrates out-of-the-box thinking.

• You have a service-oriented way of operating and are able to work in a global organization with high integrity and independency.

• You are fluent in Chinese and English.
