岗位职责(Job description)：

1. Further support the strong growth of Atlas Copco manufacturing operations and our design and development organization

2. Manage, Plan, Implement and improve ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000 systems and make them proactive to continuously upgrade our performance, taking care of the environment and committed to sustainable productivity

3. Support our design and development department, to implement also excellence in design and development

4. Responsible for the Supplier Quality Assurance issues (including product and process evaluation, system audit and first parts incoming inspection)

5. Responsible for Internal system audits to guarantee the application of our quality management systems in line with the Airpower QEMS manual
6. Play an active role for continuous quality improvement within the AC Wuxi management team.
岗位任职能力与资格要求(Competence and qualification)：

1. 5 years relevant working experience, including 2 years managerial roles and experience in all aspects of quality control in manufacturing enterprises. Familiar to manage Supplier Quality Assurance based on strong product Quality Control.
2. Good command of English both oral and writing, as well as computer skills (MS office).
3. University degree in Mechanical engineering or related area.
4. Ambitious person with strong personnel drive and leadership.
5. A strong communicator to motivate and promote excellence in manufacturing through the whole organization and our suppliers.
