Main Responsibilities:
- Money collection: create a receipt, prepare the voucher for accounting record, pass to G/L the record after approval of Financial Controller.
- Prepare payment to local and overseas supplier, payment of salary and expenses notes to employee.
- Declare all tax for non trade payment.
- Prepare the report to the SAFE for the abroad payment.
- Prepare the monthly cash reporting, including cash flow and ageing balance (suppliers and client), planning payment.
- Prepare the monthly overdue control statement.
- Prepare tax free application.
- Ensure company internal control respect.


Qualifications / Skills:
- College/Bachelor's degree majored in Finance or Accounting.
- 2+ years working experience in similar position
- Good English communication skills
- Good computer skill on Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- SAP knowledge is preferred
