Main Responsibilities:
- Verify periodically the accuracy of accounting data and correct potential errors.
- Establish the material consumption entries monthly, including stock value and depreciation.
- Monthly analysis of the accounting provisions (both social and MAF), Edit listing of provisions; process the demands for annual closing administrative authorization.
- Provisions periodic expenses and allocate them on their period of occurrence
- Book invoices matching the orders (volume and prices) with the values on the invoices from the suppliers and reconcile with intercompany payables. Inform financial controller of variances.
- Collect all purchase orders which are copied to the finance department and provision them in the account, establish the list to be provided to the management / project controller.
- Matching the debit notes with the undelivered material, goods or services.
- Ensure company internal control respect (LSF).
- Prepare ageing balance
- Reconciliation with the general ledger.

Qualifications Level and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree majored in Finance or Accounting.
- 3+ years working experience in similar position
- Good English communication skills
- SAP knowledge preferred
