1.工商管理专业或相关专业1、男女不限，年龄在23-30岁，高中或以上学历
2.至少3年以上相关零售行业经验，有2年以上店长经验
3.优秀的沟通交流水平和人际关系处理能力，有能力处理不同类型的人员和层级之间的关系
4.熟悉零售业的管理流程和细节、熟悉商场管理流程，具备良好的时尚品味和个人素养
5.以最终的管理目标为导向，组织并领导团队达成目标，工作中要有责任心，上进心，并且有一定的抗压能力
6.工作时间：做五休二
7.工资待遇：底薪+提成

岗位职责:
1.负责店铺日常运转，合理管理店铺运作
2.确保员工给予顾客的服务能够达到品牌零售培训的标准
3.负责与顾客保持联络并且处理顾客投诉与需求
4.监控好店铺库存，确保库存和补货时机控制在最合理的时间段，做到及时
5.帮助店铺达成销售目标，提升KPI各项指标
6.明确下属的潜能，并提供其相应的销售技巧和产品知识的培训，稳固销售团队以实现销售目标
