Take care of all customer inquiries for how to shop both online and offline
Take care of all customer inquiries related to general product information, and accelerate selling possibilities online and offline.
Secure a smooth buying process for customer
Support the whole online process online
Support the online payment process
Place online order directly if needed
Sell service online
