工作职责：

1）处理客户询价，根据客户采购价格币别（人民币价格、外币价），做相应报价；
2）收到客户订单/合同，审核相应条款，确认订单/合同;
3) 跟进客户预付款;
4）根据客户订单做进口采购； 若有库存，则协调安排相应发货，并准备相应的发票、箱单等；
5）完成货物清关， 货物发出之后，及时通知客户;
6) 自用零件以及保税仓库零件采购以及和仓库协调跟进库存管理/库存报告;
7) 和进出口公司协调跟进进口零件报关事宜；相应费用对账以及请款；
8) 及时申请对外付汇；提供相应资料给财务或是进出口公司做延期付汇申请；
9) 提供资料给财务人员开具发票；
10 相关销售报表以及应收应付每月更新；
11) 协调/处理客户购买零件过程中的任何问题，如短缺零件、为客户报关提供支持（提供相关零件技术信息）或质量问题等;

12) 订单等信息及时录入SAP系统;

任职资格：

1. 大专以上学历；国际贸易、商务英语、物流等相关专业；女性优先考虑; 上海本地户口优先考虑;

2. 有SAP的操作经验；
3. 5年以上外贸跟单相关领域工作经验，机械行业更佳；
4. 熟悉进出口业务操作流程，熟悉进出口货物运输协调及相关注意事项；
5. 相当于英语4级水平，良好的英语听说读写能力，亲和的沟通表达能力，独立处理工作能力强；

6. 有3年报关经验；
7. 诚实敬业，有强烈的抗压性和责任心，团队精神佳,做事积极耐心细致,能吃苦
