? Repair: Coordinates repair of production equipment with Maintenance, Foremen and Department Managers. Supervises maintenance crews. Issue and prioritize work assignments. Utilizes CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software) to issue and coordinate work orders, maintain major equipment asset base, control PM program, and maintain maintenance parts inventory. Develops specifications, arranges for procurement and supervises work of external contractors.
? Resource: Participates as a technical resource to other departments, collaborates on problems
concerning facilities, machine tools, power distribution, construction techniques, and HVAC
equipment.
? Installation: Coordinates major equipment installation, construction projects, building repairs and alterations.
? Reporting: Creates records and initiates appropriate actions to maintain compliance with Federal, State, and Local Regulatory Commissions.
? PM's: Creates, schedules, and controls the preventative maintenance program. Initiates corrective action as necessary.
? Education: Through contact with educational institutions, professional societies and perusal of trade and professional journals, texts and periodicals, keep abreast and well informed on new developments in facilities, maintenance and related field.
? Safety: Proactively manages safety, including accident investigation and follow-up, departmental inspections, employee training and safety rule enforcement.
? Other responsibilities as assigned or required.
Requirement
?Bachelor degree, major in mechanical design, manufacture, process Etc.
?2+ experience in mechanical industry, prefer EHS knowledge.
?Problem solving.
?Good English skill and team player.
