职位描述：

1. Well implement the plan for preventive maintenance.
很好地实施预防性设备、工装模具的维修计划.
2.Involve in troubleshooting on daily running equipment & tooling with malfunction from electrical or mechanical or hydraulic perspective.
参与日常运行设备的电气或机械、气动故障诊断.
3. Analyze equipment performance and conduct improvement activity with down time or maintenance cost reduction.

根据日常运行设备的情况，实施改善行动以降低当机时间或降低维修成本.
4. Maintenance record and equipment document keeping which subjects to the quality system.
维修记录及设备文件的保管以适应质量系统的要求.
5. Involve in installation and adjustment for new equipments & toolings.
参与新设备、工装模具的安装与调试。
6. Manage spare parts supplying and inventory repair materials, alterations & new construction work.
维修备件的管理。
7. Involve in EHS and 5S activity.
参与EHS和5S的改善活动。
8. Train all the users about maintenance and rational usage of all the machines & tooling and installations.
培训使用者正确使用和维护机器设备、工装模具。

任职要求：

1. 3 years or above working experience in manufacturing & Maintaining of die & tooling.
三年以上模具制造或维修工作经验。
2. Good knowledge of hydraulic system and basic knowledge of electrical mechanical and NC system.
良好的液压系统知识，了解机电和数控加工知识。
3. Good computer skill like MS office,AutoCAD prefer
良好的办公软件操作能力，会使用Auto-CAD更佳。
4. Good team player, adapt to new evironment very quickly
团队合作意识好，能很快适应新环境。
