1. Responsibility:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following.
· Responsible for the all engineering work for the entire life cycle of assigned projects.
· Coordinates activities concerning technical issues, scheduling and product testing.
· Implementation of TPM, 5S.
· Cooperation with the department of maintenance services for small, medium and major repair of machinery
· Tthe selection of critical spare parts, consumables and tools for production, design and customization tools with Autocad software
· Guide the implementation of the breakdown and preventive maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
· Setting and adjustment of machinery and equipment
· Monitoring and improving the health of the machinery
· Analysis of problems, search for and the design of technical solutions
· Keeping documentation corrections in accordance with the internal rules
· Cooperation in the framework of the maintenance team
· Compliance with the standards of the quality of processes, when anomalies from the standard quality to ensure the necessary steps to the remedy
· Performance of the work in accordance with the regulations for safety and hygiene of work, protection of the environment
· The timely performance of tasks under the orders of the superior
2. Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree , mechanic, auto mechanic, mechanic of agricultural machinery
· Ability to operate standard office business machines. Requires MS Office skills; Ability to use Autocad software or solid modeling software, preferably SolidWorks. excellent spelling and grammar; excellent organizational skills; ability to effectively determine priorities and meets deadlines
· Orientation in machine documentation
· Ability to read, speak and write in English
· Experience with the repair and maintenance of the manufacturing facilities of (gearbox, presses, grinders, conveyors, furnaces, etc..)
· Experience with hydraulic and compressed-air systems
· Manual dexterity
· Accuracy
· Customer orientation
· Independency
· Flexibility
· Robot's experience prefered.
