职位描述：

1、负责中心整体运营和管理，制定并完成月、季度、年销售计划业绩指标；
2、负责完善优化中心教学体系；
3、负责中心各项制度的建立和执行；
4、负责人员招聘和培养优秀人才，组建教学团队和销售团队；
5、对销售团队进行培训和指导，提高团队销售能力；
6、定期开展中心各项内外部市场活动，指导市场工作；
7、对中心成本、库存、报表、材料采购、教案等进行全面掌控，及时向总公司报备。

任职资格：
1、全日制大专以上学历，
2、有教育培训行业的销售经验和丰富的管理经验；
4、能独自带领团队完成一个教学中心的正常运营，全面负责招生、教学、市场、成本核算、宣传等工作；
5、良好的语言表达能力、优秀的沟通技巧、极佳的团队激励能力；
6、具备较强的团队领导能力，学习能力强；
7、具备良好的服务意识、品牌意识、良好的责任感和敬业精神；
8、敏锐的商业意识和极强的操作执行能力、组织协调能力。
