职位描述
1.岗位职责
1)负责通信产品（包括射频无源、有源电路）的机械结构设计和开发
2)负责相关射频产品模块和系统产品的机械结构设计和开发
3)支持产品转产及优化过程，配合生产部门提高产品可靠性降低生产成本
4)配合和支持销售部门进行市场技术支持工作
2.技能及资质要求
1)机电一体化，机械，金属材料等专业，大学本科以上学历
2)3年以上工作经验，有外资或合资企业工作经历者优先
3)熟悉通讯行业，通讯设备的结构和运用环境。
4)熟悉通讯设备的基本生产工艺：如机加工，钣金，冲压，热处理，表面处理，包装等工艺
5)熟练掌握通讯产品的机械设计和系统集成方法，
6)熟悉研发流程，产品工艺，有较强的质量控制意识
7)良好英语读写能力，能用英语口头交流者优先
8)具有良好团队合作和敬业精神和踏实的工作态度，善于沟通，能适应创业公司高速发展的工作环境
【Job Description】
1.Responsible for the mechanical design and development of the communication equipment (passive and active RF products)
2.Responsible for the mechanical design and development of the RF module and communication system product
3.Carry out the RD production transferring and optimization process,
4.Work with the manufacturing department to enhance the reliability and to reduce the cost
5.Support the sales and marketing department for the customer new product development,
6.Support the production line in solving process, manufacturability, and mechanical quality control related issues.
【Skill and Requirement】
1.BS or above degree in mechanical, metal material, electromechanical major
2.3 or above years work experience, WEFE or JV experience is preferred
3.Familiar with the following processes: mechanical machining, sheet metal, punching, thermal analysis and process, surface process, as well as packaging etc.
4.Familiar with the mechanical design for the communication product (thermal, conducting, signaling, surface loss, integration etc.)
5.Familiar with the RD process, product process and has a strong sense of quality conrtol,
6.Good English reading and writing skill, Speaking in English is a plus,
7.A solid team player with integrity, good communication and leadership skills, can work within a fast growing environment
