工作地点：无锡惠山区
岗位职责：
在主管工程师的领导下，组织、分析、协调解决现生产过程中出现的内饰专业工程问题，通过短期、长期措施的有效实施，保障工厂的正常生产。
分析现生产专业工程问题，负责短期措施的制定、实施、验证、关闭；
组织和支持专业工程更改产品试生产（PTR）的首轮在线跟踪；
参加工厂各类相关会议，负责每月编制专业驻厂支持月度报告；
协助专业SMT、DRE长期措施的制定、实施、验证、关闭；
为工厂及供应商解决问题提供专业技术支持；
完成对专业新进工程师和实习生的指导和培训。
任职要求：
大学本科或以上学历，汽车工程等相关专业；
相关专业5年工作经验；
工程师以上专业技术任职资格证书；
熟悉汽车结构、汽车用非金属材料知识等相关专业知识和技能；
有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能按照工厂的要求不定期加班。
