· Responsibility for accurate standard cost of item set up to KD system and daily maintain it if any significant changes

· Ensuring cost roll-up adheres to global policy

· Perform monthly PPV and Manufacturing variance analysis and track the reasons

· Perform monthly allocate the PPV & MFV to inventory against statutory requirements on "actual cost" of inventory value

· Prepare/process and/or audit/approve all adjustments to the General Ledger.

· General Ledger Chart of Account maintenance.

· Ensure monthly reconciliations of all Balance Sheet accounts and major control accounts.



· Perform reserves analysis - review adequacy/accuracy of accruals and provisions.

· Perform monthly uploading of payroll information into the General Ledger.

· Perform monthly direct hours and labour recoveries upload.

· Daily Perform sales invoice & inter-company RI invoices input into KD

· Confirm and reconcile Inter-company balances by monthly & external account receivable balance with external parties.
