Responsibility:

1 Be involved in supplier advance production quality plan and control at the stage of design and development.
2 Be involved in the phasesfor component approval (FAI/PPAP) and evaluation for process capability.
3 To manage supplied component's complaint, assist supplier to drive appropriate countermeasures accordingly and verify the follow-up activities and its effectiveness subsequently calculate the PPM performance.
4 To conduct audits on supplier(PCPA).
5 Avoid the matters of customer claims and production disruptions caused by purchased components.
6 Responsible to implement scorecards with Key Processes Indicators for monitoring and evaluating performance at suppliers on a yearly basis.
7 Follow up 8D answer on time in link with SDE.
8 Work relentlessly in the monitoring of quality at supplier facilities.

Requirements:

1. University education, mechanical engineering integration.
2. More than 3 years' experience in supplier quality control, especially in mass production, stamping ormechanical product is preferred.
3. A strong coordination and communication capabilities with internal and external supplier, and the ability to deal with quality issues, adhere to theprinciple of strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and good at learning and training staff.
4. Excellent spoken and written English language ability
5. Skilled use of Office software.
6. Familiar with the ISO9001 quality system, PPAP documentation, 8D analyses and problem solving technics, PFMEA,quality control tools, SPC and measurement tools.
7. Product & parts knowledge.

9. Ability to travels.
