岗位：项目工程师Project Engineer 人数：1

职 责

Job Content：

1. 按照APQP流程开展项目管理工作，确保项目完成公司既定的进度、质量和成本指标;

Set up the routine job via following strictly the requirements of APQP to secure that the related targets of Quality, Timing and Cost determined by the company;

2. 建立、跟踪和调整项目整体进度计划;

Finalize /Set-up the overall time schedule of the project and closely follow up /address any of the progresses;

3. 按要求完成各阶段需要输出的项目报告文件;

Consolidate &output all the related periodical documentations of the project;

4.使用问题升级、定期汇报等工具，确保重大问题得到有效遏制并尽快解决；

Secure that all the serious /out-standing issues could be identified and solved in time via regular review as well as problem alarm upgrading;

5. 进行潜在失效模式分析（PFMEA），并采取有效的措施进行预防，定期进行项目经验教训的总结，协助提供流程优化建议.

Conduct the PFMEA job in details and work out the related preventive countermeasures, collect &consolidate all the experiences or lessons identified /accumulated during the daily project management job as well as advise the proposals for future continuous improvement.

岗位要求：

Position requirement:

1. 工科(如机械工程/汽车工程等)专业背景，本科学历；

Bachelor degree of Engineering (Mechanical /Automotive);

2．至少必须有三年以上汽车行业相关设计开发，项目管理或质量管理工作经验;

At least 3yrs of working experiences within Automotive industry about Design &Development, Project or Quality management;

3．熟悉汽车行业PPAP、APQP流程。熟悉汽车行业质量体系QS9000/VDA or TS16949;

Familiar with the std. procedure of APQP &PPAP as well as the quality systems of QS9000/VDA or TS16949;

4．精通office软件及CAD, UG和PRO/E软件;

Very good skills of using the tools of CAD, UG &PRO/E;

5．具有很强的沟通能力及解决问题的能力，英语听说读写表达良好; 为人诚实肯干;

Strong capability of internal &external communication as well as problem shooting; good language skills of Listening, Speaking, Reading &Writing in English; honest &diligent.
