职位描述
1. Lead and manage continuous yield improvement for molding.
2. Lead and support customer complaints/incidents by continues process optimization and stabilization.
3. Analyze, monitoring, and drive process deviation and equipment stabilization through right & timely PM activities, spare part & tooling management, line JHAM & critical part life span management .
4.Manage and develop process engineering (engineer & line technical team) technical competency for continuous growth, expansion and producing subject matter experts.
5.Manage maintenance cost contribution to the product cost.
6. Define document conformance process specification in shop floor.
7. Drive Best Practice Sharing at all package and product lines.
8. Alignment between Lead Fab (MAL) for process technical and knowledge sharing.
9. Develop, manage and drive cross-functional teams to maximize productivity for Continuous Improvement for DS equipment.
10.Promote the equipment upgrade project to meet the production requirement to increase equipment productivity, quality and capacity.
11. Support in DS sapphire project & alignment with Mal counterparts
1. Bachelor Degree/ Master Degree or PhD. in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Electronic Engineering/ Chemical Engineering / Material Science / Physics / Chemistry.
2. At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experiences in manufacturing industry with a medium/largely company. Preferable with experiences in Semiconductor industry.
3. In- depth understanding of principles and concepts in manufacturing of semiconductor industry in EOL-molding process.
4. Good knowledge in Project Management with leading a cross functional team.
5. Experiences in new machine setup, Preventive Maintenance system, & spare part & tooling management.
6. Ability in people management through effective interpersonal skills & good communication skills
7. Strong in problem solving skills and analytical skills.
8. Excellence in logical thinking.
9. Fluent in English and proven leadership and communications skills.
10. Knowledge in Problem Solving Skill eg 8D and Poka Yoke
