Summary Job description: 

As Store Sales for WallVision China, you will work as an active part in achieving the day-to-day execution of store operation and sales.

Responsibilities: ·       

Be on duty on time, and ensure the daily operation of the store按时上班，保证店面的正常运营。 ·       

Make sure the well-organized of the store display, compliance of the safety and health regulation of the store, maintain the clean and tidy of the store.做好店面的陈列、卫生及安全维护工作，保证店面处于有序、清洁、整齐的状态。 ·       

Keep moderate personal appearance, wearing working suit, keep proactive working attitude, and maintain good customer satisfied environment 注意个人形象，穿戴好工作制服，保持良好的服务心态，为客户营造舒适的购物环境。 ·       Understand customer requirement, collecting customer feedback, keep good sales skills and prompt the sales to achieve store turnover target了解并收集客户的反馈信息，利用各种销售技巧，提高顾客的购买欲望，增加店面的营业额。 ·       

Escalate to higher level regarding the customer valuable information and requirement with suggestion 将客户有价值的信息、建议、需求倾向及时向主管汇报。 ·       

Deal with customer complaints adequately, escalate issues incurred to high level timely妥善处理客户的投诉，并及时与主管通报、反馈相关信息。 ·       

Complete other tasks assigned and follow up with execution of sales strategy delegated to the store完成上级主管交办的各项工作，认真执行店面的各项销售政策。 ·       

Prompt   and introduce the products, maintain good appearance of the store, enhancing   the awareness of the brand宣传、介绍产品，维护店面形象，提高品牌知名度。
