RESPONSIBILITIES:

 1 Coordination with Regional Sales （based on telephone and internet）配合区域销售(基于电话和互联网)

• Maintain existing customers relationships with regional sales to achieve sales growth target

2. Potential Customer Development（based on telephone and internet）潜在客户开发(基于电话和互联网)

• Communicated with potential customer and identify customers' needs effectively and provide customers with difference services

3. Leads Follow Up （based on telephone and internet）跟进(基于电话和互联网)

• Follow up leads, filter out effective contacts and developing new customers

4. Sales Processing

• Maintain customer data in system.

• Processing technical transcoding

• Arrangement of special quotation for non-standard items with Purchaser.

• On time shipment, try best to fulfill customer’s special / urgent request in shipment arrangement.

• Support FI to issue the right invoice to customer

5. Handle Customer Complaints & Claims处理客户投诉和索赔

• All complaints (discrepancies or services) must be handled with patient and friendly attitude, despite claims are justified or not. 

6. Achive personal sales target with great effort完成销售指标  

岗位要求：

1.大专及以上学历，机电类相关专业优先考虑；

2.3 年以上相关行业电话销售经验优先考虑；

3.良好的沟通交流能力，特别是电话沟通技巧，富有工作激情和团队精神；

4.积极主动的对待各种挑战和机会。良好的交流能力，富有工作激情和团队精神；

5熟练操作Word，Outlook，Excel等办公软件

6语言知识：英语口语和写作能力良好

7工具行业或相关行业
