Major Responsibilities And Authority:

1. Manage tooling transfer to injection subcontractor, monitor FAI & CPK control;

2. Manage FPC, plating & coating supplier quality issues, including IQC & supplier abnormal case;

3. Manage the trial run in supplier, approve the samples & process;

4. Perform QPA & QSA audit monthly & yearly in supplier;

5. Deal with MRB material due to supplier mistake;

6. Cooperate with GTK to improve KR supplier quality performance;

7. Training & improve IQC inspector;

8. Supplier CAR/8D management;

9. Take charge of material ROHS measurement & calibration

10. Familiar with APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC tools; Familiar with TS16949 standard

Experience Required:

1. At least 3 years of supplier quality engineer experiences;

2. Familiar with mechanical and plating process, at least 1 year experience;

Knowledge's Skills And Abilities:

Good English and communication skills, strong on the supplier control;

Can speak Korean is a plus;

Education:

Bachelor degree on Mechanical or related field;
