职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Direct timely preparation of regular financial reporting and analysis of the units' operating results including quality of balance sheet.
? Manage short and long-term business plans.
? Provide quality analysis of business performance to the local and regional management team, identify risks / opportunities, recommend action plans and follow up with flawless execution.
? Improve procedures / systems to ensure adequate financial controls in place, to comply with SPX policy, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and China reporting standards.
? Support Corporate financial shared service initiative, and act as the main liaison for Service Solutions Asia Pacific
? Proactively direct ERP maintenance and upgrades to ensure critical operational data is captured for analysis
? Lead treasury and tax planning in site
? Fulfill any Chinese statutory requirements.
? Participate in M&A activities which may include post-close evaluation and integration
? Actively engage and collaborate with the finance functions in APAC region, Test & Measurement segment and Corporate.
? Effectively lead the local finance team including develop, coach and mobilize team members so to deliver business and financial targets

Qualifications and Experience:
? 6 - 8 years of solid experience with multinationals, preferably a US based company, manufacturing / operational knowledge is a must
? Proven track record in financial leadership roles
? Ability to communicate across functions and drive for results
? Experience in strategic assessment, and business integration preferred.
? Degree in Finance or Accounting desired.
? CPA (or equivalent) preferred.
? Excellent command of English and Mandarin
