职位描述
塑胶件，金属件结构设计；要求英文听说读写流利
Responsibilities:
a) Lead a design team to develop of the mechanical structure of mobile internet product per customer specifications.
b) Provide technical guidance to Mechanical Design Engineers
c) Familiar with mechanical component testing methodology and specification
d) Manage the technical progress of project execution
e) Support customers in performing technical analysis and design review
f) Check and review the related documentations and outputs from Mechanical Design Engineer.
g) Communicate with customer and suppliers to discuss and resolve engineering issues
h) Stay updated of the latest technologies to provide competitive and cost effective solutions.
i) Follow the instructions from function manager or site manager.
j) Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations related to job responsibility.
k) Comply with company’s security policy.
l) Other duties assigned by function manager
Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree or Master degree in Engineering (Mechanical engineering is preferred) or equivalent, and 5 years direct working experiences. Familiar with mobile handheld device development life cycle and processes.
2. At least three years 3D design and development experiences, mobile internet product design is plus.
3. Familiar with plastic injection molding, stamping, die-casting, decoration and assembly.
4. Be proficient in using latest 3D modeling and 2D CAD tools, such as Pro-Engineer, Auto CAD, etc.
5. Able to work under pressure and willing to travel for work purposes.
6. Self-motivated and possess the ability to drive tasks independently.
7. Familiar with tolerance stackup analysis,DFMEA. Familiarity with DOE is plus.
8. Fluently English speaking and writing.
