1. Under the support from HSE, SC, Maintenance departments, based on the production plan approved by the General Manager, economically and effectively organize and implement production complied with GMP requirements, and ensure quality of products to be qualified.

2.Be responsible for the production process optimization;Improve productivity and yield;
Ensure standard emission and treatment of waste water and waste residue

3.o assist HSE team to formulate or revise and implement HSE procedures, training plan and annual target; To lead departmental security risks identification, deviation control and accident investigation of safety & environment; To assume key leadership responsibilities on the above implementation and results

4. Manage, guide and develop subordinates.
