Job Responsibility:

- Insure monthly and yearly accounting closing in an accurate and timely manner, applying strictly the IFRS and PRC regulations.
- Solve pending booking entries (unmatched invoices, invoices without P.O). Follow up of litigation with suppliers and customers (price, quantity).
- Monitor VAT invoices issuing in relation with sales administration department. Liaise with SSC for reconciliation with Sap and follow up of deliveries pending to be invoiced,
- Communicate and prepare supporting documentation for all month end booking entries (accrual) to SSC.
- Communicate and prepare supporting documentation for stock in transit booking entries to SSC.
- Follow up fixed assets (Asset under construction, start of use, physical inventory, writeoff, accelerated depreciation, disposal) and communicate to SSC.
- MAF procedure following up and LSF procedure following up.
- Insure the maintenance and timely archiving and retrieving of all documents and evidences for accounting and tax transactions.
- Prepare on a timely and accurate manner the monthly PRC and IFRS balance sheet, P&L, cash flow statements and other documents required from accounting for reporting purposes.
- Assist the Financial Controller in the relationship with external and internal auditors as well as government and tax authorities.
- Responsible for payment(including non trading payment), solve any issues from SAFE.

Qualification:

- Bachelors degree majored in Finance or Accounting.
- 5+ years working experience in similar position.
- Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills.
- Effective communication and good interpersonal skills.
- Good English communication skills both in oral and written.
