职位描述
配合质量工程师，SQE和售后工程师，实验室等，参与实物质量的测试分析。
配合质量工程师，SQE编制检验指导书，特别是确定合适的检验方法
需要时，联系第三方检测机构支持分析。
配合质量工程师完成年度产品审核。
参与过程审核及分层审核
负责量检具台账管理，周期检定，包括自校和委外校准、维修
负责年度测量系统分析(MSA)计划，跟踪实施结果。
领导临时安排的其它任务
能力要求
教育/ 知识:
- 中技以上文化程度
- 机械、工程类相关专业
- 了解常用质量工具优先
实际经验
5年以上测量、计量.、检验、试验等质量相关工作
汽车零部件或机械类制造型企业经验
技能要求:
熟悉机械类产品
能够理解图纸要求
熟悉常用计量器具的管理及使用
有计量管理员或中级技工以上证书优先
