职责

Responsibilities

1. 根据生产计划调度生产，把握及反馈生产进度，保证生产任务的完成。

   Arrange production according to the production plan, control and feed back the progress of the production to ensure achieve the production target.

2. 负责生产现场和所辖区域内的安全生产，控制生产物料。

   Be responsible for safe production on the production spot. Control the production material.

3. 生产岗位人员安排及合理化调整，解决现场常见问题。

   Arrange operators to work on different production positions and adjust it rationally if needed. Resolve normal problems on the spot.

4. 生产现场质量巡捡，监督操作手按照作业指导书操作。

   Conduct quality tour inspection on the production spot. Supervise operators if they operate according to the working instruction.

5. 带领班组完成产能目标，贯彻质量标准，管理现场5S，做好生产记录及统计。

   Lead the team to fulfill the capacity target. Carry out quality standards and conduct 5S, and make good production records and statistics.

6. 配合上级完成新品试制中的各项流程试验。

   Cooperate with the superior to finish all kinds of procedure tests during test making of new product.

7. 按照培训计划配合工程部对操作手进行岗位培训和考核，不断提高操作技能。

   According to the training plan work with engineering to train and test operators and improve operators’ skills continuously.

8. 负责日常考评组长及记录，按时向上级提交准确的记录报告。

   Be in charge of daily evaluation of team leaders and making records and submitting correct records to the superior in time.

9. 严格遵守安全规章制度，及时发现不安全因素并提出整改建议。

   Abide by the safety regulation strictly and seek unsafe factors in time, as well as make corrective proposals.

10. 负责班组内员工的绩效考核和日常绩效辅导，帮助下属员工不断提高技术水平。

    Be in charge of performance evaluation of staffs in the team and daily performance tutorship to help subordinates improve their technical skills continuously.

11. 协调班组内员工之间的关系，在员工中建立起合谐的工作关系。

    Coordinate relationship among staffs in the team and establish harmonious working relationship among staffs.

3. 专业知识和特殊技能要求 knowledge and skills

★能够完全按照产品作业指导书的要求操作；调整程序和更换夹具的水平达到合格标准；能够执行锯切机的简单操作；能够使用CMM测量产品，并且有能力分析CMM测量报告，发现问题。

Machine products according to the working instruction fully; his skills to adjust program, change tools and fixtures should be qualified; be able to do simple operation on Saw; be able to measure a product by CMM, and has the ability to analyze the measuring report and find problem.

★持有数控操作工中级证书

For shift leader in CNC workshop, hold the medium level qualification of CNC operation.

◆接受过5S、看板和ISO9001的培训，掌握精益生产的基本理论。

Have received training of 5S, Kanban and ISO9001 and command of basic knowledge of Lean Production
