学历：大专或大专以上
Degree:above junior college
专业: 机械设计、模具专业
Major:Mechanical or Mould design
经验：2年以上相同岗位工作经验
Experience:work on related position over 2 years
语言：基本的英语听说读写能力
English writing( and speaking)
专业技能：熟练掌握三维设计软件及二维绘图软件CAD，CAXA等
Skill: Skilled in UG and AUTOCAD,CAXA
专业知识：能独立完成橡胶模具设计，工装设计，检具设计
Knowledge:good knowledge in rubber mould design,fixture and gage design

Responsibility:岗位职责
设计新品单模及单模阶段工装，配合PE调整模具
Design single mould and tooling of new production,support PE modify mould.
设计批产模具
Design mould of mass production .
设计批产工装及喷胶浆夹具
Design tooling and fixture of mass production.
设计检具
Desgn Gage.
对现生产模具，工装等进行持续改进
Improving mould and tooling of mass production.
参加产品的APQP和TPRP行动
Follow APQP and TPRP timing plan.
遵守和参加公司要求的质量和环境管理的要求和行动
Comply with and participate to the entire request of the company for quality and environment management.
对工艺，流程，单元布置，设备，工装、质量、安全等提出改进建议，参与改进项目，并将改进的成果传播和巩固。
