岗位职责:
1制定所负责工作的每月计划和目标。
2合理安排下属班次，布置任务并进行分工。
3检查下属仪表仪容行为规范及出勤情况。
4负责所使用清洁设备的培训维护和保养。
5监督、检查各岗位工作/安全状况，协调各环节运行操作。
6纪录并及时上报所有工作区域内的工程问题，并检查落实情况。
7检查各班次的交班日志及物品消耗情况，做到物尽其用。
8传达上级下达的清洁工作任务，并及时汇报工作成果。
9协调公司与客户之间的关系，合理处理投诉。
10按照公司制定的服务标准及工作技能规范，定期培训下属员工。
11定期对下属员工进行绩效评估，上报奖惩建议。
12以书面形式向上级汇报每月工作情况。


任职要求:
1具有3年以上物业或外包清洁服务管理经验；
2针对部门内部管理目标具有高度执行力；
3关注部门内部下属思想动态,并积极调整良好成本控制能力；
4针对各项工作具有良好计划与实施能力；
5日常协助和支持各项服务项目更好的完成运营工作。
6熟练掌握清洁工作相关技能
