职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Customer quality representative in order to assure that customer requirements take into account internally during introducing new projects.
- Identification and management of customer requirements for products quality in new projects, and control of related documents.
- Management of reliability test for product/process qualification.
- Product Samples review and release for Customer Approval
- Approval of products and processes.
- Manage the Product PPAP issues with Customer
- Manage of IPQC and FQC inspection actives and deal with the non-conformities from this process
- Establish requirements for product audit (parameters to be audited, sampling size, auditors training requirements, etc.).
- Make VA for inspection operations
- Manage customer complaints. Work as team leader to organize team to open and close 8D reports for root cause analysis, problem solving, verify actions effectiveness etc.
- Review and manage products with high internal rejection ratio with production and engineering team
- Changes management (member of core team).
- Continual improvement activities (member of core team). Cooperation with production team in quality tools.
- Implement Process audit as planed
- Implement Layer Process Audit according to plan
- Support production in customer audits.
- Manage the quality issues with subcontractors
- Other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
Qulifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic, Electric or related fields
- ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 QMS internal auditor. ISO/TS16949 internal auditor is preferred.
- Familiar with 8D and 5 toolings(MSA, SPC,FMEA,PPAP,APQP)
- Knowledge of Quality Management System.
- Basic training regarding products knowledge and customer expectations.
- Basic knowledge of measurement systems
- 3 year min in production quality position
- Proactive, Problem solved orientated, able to manage people, Team working orientated
- English language, high level written and medium level speaking.
- MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Explorer, SAP (QMS profile). User level.
