1. Strong educational qualifications (Engineering majors from reputed institutes)
2. Minimum of 10+ years recent Software Development experience, at least 3+ years on Java architecture
3. Broad and in-deepth programming knowledge on J2EE, HTML5, JMS, Oracle, Linux, Maven, Hibernate, Eclipse.
4. Exposed to all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) as well as customer support experience
5. Good at English both of speaking and writing
