1. RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTANBILITIES职责:
1.根据公司的生产计划进行生产,完成班组长或线主管下达的生产任务;
Finish the assigned production task of shift leader and line supervisor according to production plan;
2.严格按照作业指导书进行操作,对自己所生产的产品的数量和质量负责;
Strictly produce the parts obey the work instruction ,responsible for individual quantity and quality
3.负责加工产品的数控车床加工,按操作规程安全作业,维护生产图纸,填写生产记录;
Responsible for CNC lathe machine operation to process components as per safety rules, maintain mechanical drawings and production sheet;
4.负责设备的清洁与保养,简单故障维修;
Responsible for equipment maintenance and trouble repair;
5.及时向上级主管汇报生产中的异常情况;
Report the abnomal manufacturing status to leader timely
6.认真填写每日生产纪录并提交上级主管;
Record the daily production note and submit to the leader;
7.依照公司要求执行现场5S工作，贯彻并完成公司目标;
Execute 5S standard complied company request to carry out and finish company target
8.执行、配合公司政策，方针及相关精神;
Implement and cooperate company policy,guideline and spirit;
9.对上一道工序的产品进行抽检，对本岗位所产出的产品进行自检;
Check the parts randomly of last procedure and self-inspection for produced parts
10.积极提供合理化建议，并配合公司相关部门改进工艺、质量和效率;
Make reasonable advice positively and cooperate to improve technics,quality and efficiency
11.积极配合其它部门需要协助的工作
Provide assistant to internal dept.
12.遵守公司规章制度
Obey the copmany policy,rules and procedures
13. 能够适应因工作需求而进行的岗位调动安排.
Willing to accept job rotation for production needs.
14. 完成领导安排的其他工作任务;

2. QUALIFICATION/SKILLS资格/技能要求:
1.中技以上学历，机械类专业，3年以上Fanuc加工中心操作工作经验;
Vocational high school or above major in mechanical engineering, over 3 years CNC working experience for FANUC system;
2.熟悉现代数控机床的操作，加工中心设备的性能和主要装置;
Familiar with HYUNDAI Lathe machine performance and structure;
3.熟悉并了解各类金属材料的性能，能利用各种检测量具检验并记录工件的实际尺寸;
Good knowledge of metal performance and measuring tools usage for components capability;
4. 具有扎实的专业理论知识，能读懂和正确理解图纸的要求，懂工艺并能够独立工作;
Well knowledge of machining, good capability of reading mechanical drawings and work independently;
5.能处理简单的机床常见故障;
Machine problem/trouble resolved;
6 .身体健康，工作认真，责任心强，思想品质好，吃苦耐劳，具有团队合作精神，能适应翻班和加班工作;
In good health and carefully, high responsibilities, hard-working, good team-player and adapt to 2/3 shift duty and OT;
