Position Overview:
Assist Branch Manager in leading and managing subcontractor in daily warehouse operation in meeting customer expectation and performance service standards through sound management of facilities, personnel and enforcing company policies and SOP.

Key Outcomes:
？ Lead subcontractor to manage daily logistics operations and distribution system in the aspect of people, process, system, service quality, resources optimization, cost management and related planning
？ Develop a good sub-contract management system and establish harmonize relationships with the sub-contractors
？ Manage and ensure that all incoming and outgoing orders, data / information, shipment and paperwork are accurately received, put-away, updated, manipulated, transferred to the proper designated location in timely and good condition upon receipt at Logistics Center
？ Keep track and ensure that the irregularities or non-conformance shipment return to/ from customer, express company, forwarder, supplier or other subcontractors are handled properly and timely
？ Constantly look for improvement opportunities along the value chain, to streamline and re-engine the processes to achieve or exceed the service standard or target
？ Keep high level of inventory accuracy and service level to achieve 99.99%.
Manage Build up a dedicated, discipline productive and innovative operation team.
？ Execute quality safety regulation/health strategy in place as top priority in working environments with zero accident rates.
？ Analyze the reports on operational performance and field discrepancies; propose plans or ideas for operation and process improvement to superior

Position Accountabilities:
？ Smartly utilized warehouse resources to meet customer requirements.
？ Ensure all staffs are trained accordance with operational SOP.
？ Train, motivate and coach the warehouse operators.
？ Closely monitor staff discipline by taking appropriate and timely action for any discipline violation.
？ Lead, motivate and supervise all staff to ensure their performance is aligned to stipulated standards and KPIs.


Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience:
？ Form 5 and above with minimum 5 years experience in 3rd party logistics service
？ Minimum 2 years of experience in a related capacity
