Responsibilities:
1.Business development and customer management
-Develop the existing and potential customer base to maximize order intake and sales for products.
-Providing a regular flow of information to the company to aid product and market development.
-Providing technical/engineering advice on products to end-users so that our products are specified on customers' preferred vendor list.
-Engaging, identifying and motivating potential customers to meet sales objectives.
-Assisting with trade shows, exhibitions and seminars where the company or product is presented and provide professional presentation or product demonstrations to customers.
-Suggesting recommendations for the development of OEM customers and markets.
-Submitting regular sales reports on market trends and demands, competition, new product applications, new business opportunities, etc.
2. Contract and payment receivable management
- Conclude sales contracts by coordinating the personnel of customer services, logistics and inventory control.
- Provide customer credit information for company credit control function, ensure timely payment of receivables to meet established sales targets and revenue goals.
3.Support for sales forecasting and planning
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of industry trends, technical development, market activities and industry intelligence to help define the marketability of products and report to manager identified trends that could affect targets.
- Collect customer data/ information/ feedback/ expectations for presentation/ seminars/exhibitions to promote the products and services
-Assisting with regular business forecasting and annual budgeting
4. Other task assigned by leader.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering.
2. Two years of sales experience, with relation/network in heavy equipment is an advantage.
3. Must have good contacts/experience.
4. Self-motivated, organized and task oriented.
5. Good command of English both in oral and written skill.
6. Able to travel frequently within designated territories to visit customers.
