职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1. Handle product documentation for cooler bundle
2. Prepare product certification for centrifugal compressor
3. Collect information(handwriting/photo/data/document)into QSHE related reports
4. Maintain documents for Wuxitec Sharepoint system
5. Translation for some related QSHE material
6. Maintain supplier contract for non purchased product
7. Coordinate staff for document/record/benefit receive & sign-off
8. QSHE report reminder and notification
9. Other duties as assigned
Main Requirements:
1. Prefer to have 1-2 years administrative experience
2. Good command of English both spoken and written
3. Good knowledge of Microsoft office, word, excel etc
4. Self motivated, good attention to details, and able to work in a team with different people
5. Bachelor , major in English / business study / administration / management
